Training

Supreme Start Care is committed to ensuring that our team are given the skills to meet the individual and changing needs of each of our young people through an extensive programme of training. We invest heavily in developing our staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide a high standard of quality and bespoke care to our young people.

We all share a commitment to our core principles, which all our training is based upon. The needs of staff training are also identified through the on-going process of statutory obligations and the internal process of supervisions, team meetings and appraisals. The admission of a child/young person with specific care needs  will highlight the necessity for additional training as required.
